PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (“Privacy Notice”) supplements the information contained in Spore Life Sciences Inc.’s Privacy Policy (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from our customers and website visitors. For example, we collect the information that you provide when you submit a request by email or purchase a product.
- Directly and indirectly from activity on our website. For example, we collect information from submissions through our website and website usage details collected automatically through cookies and other similar tracking technologies.

Your Rights under the CCPA

Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, please submit your request to us by either:
Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may submit a request related to your personal information. You may also submit a request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a request for information twice within a 12-month period. We will not charge a fee to respond to your request.
