PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (“Privacy Notice”) supplements the information contained in Spore Life Sciences Inc.’s Privacy Policy (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). It explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). Sources of Information

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

  • Directly from our customers and website visitors. For example, we collect the information that you provide when you submit a request by email or purchase a product.
  • Directly and indirectly from activity on our website. For example, we collect information from submissions through our website and website usage details collected automatically through cookies and other similar tracking technologies.

Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:

We disclose your personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:

  • Third parties that use your personal information to process payments, perform marketing services, and provide other similar services on our behalf.
  • Third parties that may explore certain transactions with us, such as certain investments, loan transactions, and mergers and acquisitions of portions or all of our business.
  • Affiliates for the purpose of offering you products or services that you may have interest in, and/or to effect transactions, products, or services that you authorize or request.

We do not sell any of your personal information.

Your Rights under the CCPA

Under the CCPA, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your request, we will disclose the following to you:
    • The categories of personal information we collected about you.
    • The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
    • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
    • The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information and the categories of personal information shared with those third parties.
    • The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
  • Right to Request Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you because you exercise your rights under the CCPA. For example, we will not deny you goods or services or charge you a different price or rate for goods or services if you make an access or deletion request.

To exercise the rights described above, please submit your request to us by either:

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may submit a request related to your personal information. You may also submit a request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a request for information twice within a 12-month period. We will not charge a fee to respond to your request.
