At Spore Life Sciences Inc. and Spore Life Sciences US Inc. (collectively, “Spore Life Sciences”), we take tremendous pride in the quality and efficacy of our mushroom blends. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to make things right!

Please note our Return and Refund Policy only applies to purchases directly from our website, and if you purchased Spore Life Sciences products from an authorized reseller, please contact them directly to process your return.

Please provide us your name, order number, shipping address, and the name of the product(s) to be returned. Including this information in your email to us will help us process your return in a more efficient manner.

Please note the following terms applicable to returns and refunds:

• We offer a 30-day money back guarantee, beginning on the date the products are delivered to you. Please contact us to coordinate your return within 30 days of delivery of your products.
• Our 30-day money back guarantee only applies to first time orders of a product.
• If multiple “first time” products are ordered to try and you wish to return more than one product, we will honor your return within 30 days of receipt for all first-time products ordered.
• Before returning the products, we require that you give our awesome mushroom blends a fair shot by using them for at least 2 weeks before returning them.
• Only the product cost and sales tax (if applicable) is refundable. Original shipping costs, if applicable, are not refundable nor is return shipping when sending product back to us.
• If a purchase is made that is not your first time ordering a product, or if you wish to return a product that is part of a subscription, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt if unopened for a full refund minus any original shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to return an unopened product after 30 days of receipt, you may send the unopened product back for a store credit. Once we receive the product back, a one-time use coupon code will be provided to you via the email you provide to us that can be used on our website when making future purchases.
