These Terms are entered into by and between you and Spore Life Sciences Inc. and Spore Life Sciences US Inc. (collectively “Spore Life Sciences Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Miscellaneous

These Terms and your use of our Websites shall be governed as follows: (i) if you are accessing the Websites from Canada, the laws of the Province of Ontario shall govern your use of the Websites and any legal action or proceeding related to the Websites shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the Province of Ontario; and (ii) for all other users, the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A. shall govern your use of the Websites and any legal action or proceeding related to the Websites shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. We reserve the right to alter or delete materials from our Websites at any time at our discretion.
